- For Pine View Buildings, in most cases, we collect JUST the first months payment of the structure. You choose the term.
- For metal structures, the down payment is normally 15% of the structure, and you choose the terms.

Steve is married to Carli Northcutt, RN, who is employed at Atrium-Anson ED. He has a daughter, Kaylin Grace, who graduated from NC State University in Raleigh in May of 2023. They have two boys. Anson Blake Northcutt who attends Peachland-Polkton Elementary School, and Grady Brooks Northcutt,
who was born in October of 2022, and is already attending Deep Creek Christian Academy in Wadesboro NC
Steve has been a member of the Wadesboro Lions Club for a number of years, and currently serves as President for the past several years, and is also Membership Chair. In the past, Steve has served on the Anson County Chamber of Commerce Board, and currently is serving on the Marshville Chamber of Commerce Board.
